Asphalt Paving.
Asphalt is the toughest, longest-lasting surface you can put down in the Northwest. We pave residential driveways, commercial lots, and roads with hot-mix asphalt laid over a base built to handle our rain, runoff, and freeze-thaw, so it still rides smooth years after the crew leaves.

What happens on paving day
Our crew shows up early, and you know the day ahead of time. The trucks bring the hot mix, the paver lays it across your surface, and the rollers compact it down. By the end of the day your new asphalt is in place. You can usually walk on it that night and park on it within a day or two.
Why ours lasts longer
Most asphalt does not fail at the surface, it fails underneath. We grade for proper drainage and compact the base before a single load of mix goes down. That is the difference between pavement that cracks in five years and pavement that stays smooth for two decades through Puget Sound winters.
Timeline and cost
A residential driveway is often a one-day job. A small commercial lot runs one to two days. Larger lots and road projects take longer and we schedule them around your access. Pricing depends on the size, the depth, and the condition of the ground, and you get a clear written estimate on-site at no charge.
